Dear [Recipients Name],

Enclosed in the envelope is our check for $700, which will serve as partial payment for the order we placed last April 22. We understand that we are required to pay the balance once we receive the delivery, which should be in 2-3 weeks. If there is a chance that we can receive the shipment earlier, we would appreciate it if you could give us a call at 333-3333 to inform us.

Thank you. We enjoy doing business with you.

Through this letter I would like to confirm the order, I placed on your website for 26 13-inch computer monitors. I would like to request that you also send me a hard copy of my bill and receipt. I look forward to receiving the delivery. Thank you.

Sincerely,
