GUIDELINES

  1. The letter that extends an invitation to a sale or an open house is often short and to the point. Use a warm and inviting tone.
  2. Give the news of the opening of your business. Briefly, outline the message of your product or service. If you have opened a new branch of a known business, explain that too.
  3. Invite the readers to buy from you. Include all the necessary information to make it easy for the readers to enjoy your offer. Hold an open house or offer an enticing sale.
