Dear [Recipients Name],

I received a copy of my credit card bill for the month of March 2016 and noticed an error in the billing for an order placed from Amazon.

I dispute this amount as the sum of the order was $1000, and I have been charged $10,000. I think this is rather careless on the part of a company as reputed as yours.

Please reverse these charges and reset my record.

Sincerely,
