Dear [Recipients Name],

We would like to inform you that we have sent the brochure and the other promotional material you requested yesterday during our phone conversation. We hope this will provide you with all the information you need regarding the product you ordered.

We expect that you will receive the package by January 15. If, however, you do not get it within that time span, please get in touch with me immediately so I can do something to rectify the situation.

Upon receiving the package, please also inform me if everything is intact. Once you have what I sent, I will be calling you to provide you with further instructions.
