GUIDELINES

  1. Refer to the order given and express that you understand the terms involved.
  2. Clear up any misunderstandings by asking questions, and also inform the client of other pertinent information such as the shipping costs and time, expected delivery date, etc.
  3. Thank the client for choosing to do business with you.
  4. If it is proper to do so, you can also include an endorsement, purchase suggestions, or a pitch for another product.
