Dear [Recipients Name],

We have received the generous donation which you have sent us and we would like to express our thanks to you. We appreciate the help you have sent and rest assured that your donation will be put to a good cause in our current project to help build schools in the less affluent areas in our State.

As a token of our gratitude, we will gladly name one of the schools we will be building after you, our gracious donor.

We are glad that you have chosen to help our organization with this project, and we are very thankful to you and our other sponsors who have helped us without other projects like our Schoolchildren Outreach Program last May and our Fundraiser Concert last January.

With your help, we are sure to be able to accomplish more great things this month. Again, we sincerely thank you for the donation which you have made to our cause.

Sincerely,
