GUIDELINES

  1. Clearly state that you are cancelling whatever it is you are cancelling. If it is necessary, you can mention why you are cancelling it, but remember to keep in brief.
  2. If it is needed, also include the details of the thing you are going to be cancelling. (account details, etc.)
  3. End the letter in a respectful way.
