GUIDELINES

  1. When you are moving somewhere, you need to inform the concerned individuals. Post offices provide change-of-address cards, but it's better to write a letter if you have to convey some confidential information. You can also use this letter to cancel services.
  2. Tell the reader that you are moving. State the date, your new address, and new address.
  3. Inform the reader of your desire to cancel an account or service due to the move.

In moving address, we must regretfully cancel our account with you. The service you have supplied to us has been outstanding, and would ask that our last bill is sent to our new address.
