Dear [Recipients Name],

I have only just been informed about the weekend fire at your warehouse. I know that it will have a severe impact on your business, and I would like to offer some assistance. I have an empty warehouse down by the docks, and it is yours until you have rebuilt your building. I hope that you will take me up on my offer, and I will speak to later in the week. Please let me know if there is anything in the meantime that you need to help you in this difficult time.

Sincerely,
